RFE for I140 after the case is approved

My I140 was approved on 11/10/04 and I received the approval mail on that day. My I485 was also approved on the same day, and I had my passport stamped on 11/24. Now I got a mail from USCIS that an RFE has been issued on the I140. Anybody in this situation?
 
Here is the details.

I140 RD 01/15/04
I140 AD 11/10/04
I140RFE 11/26/04 - don't know the details. (according to online status)

I485 RD 04/07/04
I485 AD 11/10/04
I485 Stamped in SJ on 11/24/04

I am worried, anybody seen an RFE after the case is approved. Was the approval sent by mistake.. :mad: :confused:

No, but the LUD changed again today with the same RFE message.
 
I dont think they would revert any decision in view of legal issues . Did you hear anything so far?

You should be fine.
 
My lawyer also thinks that this may be a mistake in the online status. Haven't received anything so far from USCIS.

Once your 485 is approved, no question on RFE on 140. Even in worst case scenario if they have some questions pertaining to your employer/employment query should be on 485.. So, I would have worried if 485 status changed to RFE..
