Today I got a RFE on 485 for my wife. We had the same vaccines on the same day except that she did not need to take chicken pox vaccine as she had chicken pox as a child. She got a RFE and not me...Any idea? Please reply...
Below is the detail...
"The medical examination that you submitted in conjunction with this application is incomplete. Both the Form I-693 and the Supplement (Immunization Document) indicate that you have not yet received the required immunizations. Please submit a properly completed Form I-693 Medical Examination and Supplement (Immunization Document) report obtained from an authorized USCIS civil surgeon. Both forms should indicate whether or not you have fulfilled the immunization requirement."
RFE Date: Oct 31, 2007 - Received today through my attorney...
