RFE for I-485

I got email for RFEs on both I-485(me and my wife). I check timestamp for email is 13:45(EST) today so I think someone is working today in INS. So far, I did not know the detail of RFE. I will post when I receive them.

LUD is changed for I-485 since AP was approved last May.
LUD for I-140 is still unchanged.

got the notice letter for rfe from attorney ? what was it ? i have also got the rfe on the same day for both of us and still attorney has not received it.

I am still waiting for RFE from attorney. Be my guess, attorney will receive RFE letter today or next Monday.

I am calling my attorney daily and so far they have'nt received RFE notice. I should wait for the mail man today.?

How about you ? Did you received any info about your RFE ?
I am more concerned as both of our RFE dates are same and we might get the same RFE. Pls keep me updated.

I will inform you once i receive it from my attorney.

My arrorney got our RFE last Saturday. INS requests all non-immigration status from us since 12-16-2003. I think it is because my H1 was pending when we filed I-140/I-485 last March.

what do they mean by "all non-immigration status from us since 12-16-2003" .
What are the documents you are supposed to submit for this RFE ?

I should hopefully hear from my attorney before the end of the day and i will post mine.

I have to submit H1/H4 approval notice, Advance parole(we use it when we have trip to our country), new I-94.

Our 485 RFE is for medicals. I have mailed the 693 sealed envelopes on 03/07. Today my LUD changed to 03/10 ..saying "we received the RFE document ..blah ..blah.. "

Now waiting for approvals. Did you submitted your RFE documents yet ?

My RFE was received on March 7th. LUD was updated on March 8th said " We received ........". Also, LUD was changed on March 9th too.
