RFE for I-485 after retrogression

I got 3 different RFE emails from USCIS for I-140, I-485 and my wife I-485. My attorney didn't received them in mail yet.

My priority date is July 25th 2003 which is much later than Jan 1st 2002 (Cutt Of date), but still looks like NSC is going through my case, irrespective of retrogression (which is good sign for most of us EB-3 filers . Can any one have any Idea weather NSC started considering cutt off date.

I also got email from USCIS saying issued RFE on my I485 I don't have info at this time

No one is sure about what CIS will do about concurrent processing case without the current PD.

CIS may approve your 485 and ask you to go for stamping when your PD becomes current.
