RFE for I-140 Amendment

Hi all
  Is there any one who got RFE for I-140 Amendment and still waiting for approvals, please share your info.
  I got RFE in Aug last week which I replied immediately and also AVM updated on oct 30th that they received my RFE reply

I am in the worst possible situation but is same as yours

Rd 10/2000
ND 11/2000
New I140 process already started on 03/01
RFE 04/01 and replied with receipt notice of new I140. Received by INS in 05/01. I140 approved 08/01. Still waiting. Trust me it has really been frustrating.

If your amended I140 is sent as a reply to RFE then your I485 will be approved within a week of your I140 approval.

I have been waiting since My 485 was filed in 2000, Feb
but still waiting for my 485 approval. see my detail.
Let\'s get hope,

PD : 04/98
1st I-140 AD : 12/15/99(I-140 with Old company name)
I-485 RD : 02/15/00(I-485 with new company name)
ND : 04/15/00
FP : 10/27/00
RFE : 3/23/01
RFE replied : 04/10/01 (Amendment I-140)
RD : 05/15/01 (another WAC number for Amendment I-140)
2nd RFE : 11/08/01(additional 750A/B sign-up)
2nd RFE replied : 12/21/01
AVM updated for 2nd RFE : 1/3/02
AD for Amendment I-140 : 1/9/02
AD for I-485 ; Finger Crossed(my feeling is it is getting close)
FP Will be expired in 1/27/02

1\'st RFE for Pay check ,tax forms Mar 2001
2 nd RFE for Company name Change May 2001
replied May AVM updated Aug 1
I-140 Approved May 29 ,
Lawyer filed another I-140 , as the company name changed
more than once !
2 nd I-140 got approved Nov .
waited till Jan 2002 ....
sent a level 1 and level 2 fax as some body mentioned on this board ...
went to laguna nigeul last week ...
was informed the case is already asigned to an officer , dont know
when the descision will be made , no extra evidence required ....
got a call for officer CSC Laguna Niguel yesterday ....
was a reply to level 2 fax ....
he spoke very nicely , said my FP got expired ,thats why the officer
could not make a descision gave me a new FP Appt on 26 feb ...
hope to get approval soon.
I140 -Amendment seems to be a very slow process!

Don\'t lose your hope yet!

I think once you give your FP again, everything will be
O.K, I believe. Why don\'t you go to FP earlier than scheduled date ?
Anyway, Let\'s our finger crossed !!
