RFE for G-325A, Biographical Information Sheet &Employment Letter

I received a RFE for RFE for G-325A, Biographical Information.

My company name changed after i applied for adjustment of status(I-485).
In G-325A we need to give the details of the companies we worked for last five years.
1) If i put the new company name will it trigger a I-140 redo?

2) With employment letter do we need to send the paystubs. (They have not asked for that)

Could you please post the details like EB3/EB2,Country, PD, I-485 RD/ND , FP dates etc. That Will really help!

After April 15, 20001, I don\'t think it will trigger an I-140 Redo. But we will have to wait for regulations or other indications from INS on this. Just send them whatever they ask for in the RFE.

Submit a new and fully completed form G325A, Biographic Information Sheet.

In order to update your employment history, pleae submit an original letter on company letterhead from your employer using your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment.
