RFE for employment verification

My lawyer says that I need only a letter of employment from the employer. Does this mean that, INS will ask for paystubs later or at the time of stamping. ?? Please share any similar RFE case experiences.

I do not think you need paystubs because Even I got an RFE for employement verification and my lawyer just submitted a letter given by my company....

make sure you get a letter from "proper authority" like HR or payroll etc.

Do you know the time frame to submit these RFE's. In other words, once the INS issues the RFE. How many days do we have to respond..

If theye ned to see paystubs, they will ask in the RFE. If there is no RFE, the paystub is not required at the time of PP.

Normally there is 60 days to respond to RFE.
