I have received RFE for employment letter.Milestones to my RFE:
* March 2001 : My I-140 is approved for my company's location at Wisconsin.
* May 2001 - My company bought our competitor and merged. Company's name changed.
* July 2001 - Filed my I-485
* October 2001 - Management decided to close the location at Wisconsin
* November 2001 - Management offered me a job at Pennsylvania location.
* December 2001 - Gave finger printing at Chicago.
* April 2002 - Moved to PA within my company.
* August 2002 - INS asks to submit a letter from the prospective employer clearly detailing the "permament employment within the terms setforth in I-140 petition".
What should the letter contain?
My thinking is :
The letter should clearly indicate the intent of the employer to employ me permanently, Job title, Job Description and Compensation. What else should be covered in the letter?
Any inputs to my question is highly appreciated.
