RFE for Employment letter

I got RFE on I-485 asking for employer letter for verification .

I joined to company B before 180 days after I140 approval,

but I140/I485 was filed in Feb 05, it was denied and then reopened in Sep 05
and I140 approved in Sep 05

there is no problem with previous employer I can join them back anytime.
now the problem is can I submit employer letter with AC21 from my current employer .

My concern is we can change company after 180 days ...........is it after approval of I140 or after filing of I485.

if it is after approval then it didn't pass 180 days, is it ok if I take letter from Company B.

so any gurus tell me or who got same rfe please advice .

You may change your employer 180 days after submitting the I-485.

I would strongly suggest sending the letter from sponsoring employer (the one who applied Labor) as if he is still ok with processing 485. I feel if you quote AC21 you will unnecessarily cause confusion and provoke questions which will delay everything.
