RFE for employment letter after using AC21 180 days rule

If anyone has replied a RFE for proof of employment after they switch job using AC21 please advice.

1) Do I need to enclose a letter explaining i\'m using AC21 180days rule?
2) If true for (1), do i need to show what date i left the previous company and what date i join the new company?
3) What info needs to be the employment letter from the new company?

Employment letter after AC21

You need a letter from your current employer explaining all the job duties, if possible very similar to the ones mentioned in your Labour certification.(closer the better).Also your attorney if you have one (or) if filing individually need to attach a letter explaining case details and your intent to change jobs quoting ac21.
Another letter is needed from you to show your request for approval based on above facts.
Keep all the payslips from your previous and current employers to establish the period of change.
