First of all, thanks lot for forum opertor. He/she has done good job really. These questions can be helpful to other friends participated in, I hope.

RFE noticed : 8/06
RFE : for employment letter for me + form i 585 for my family.
When I checked AVM message, it showed me :
"We received your response of RFE. It is taken between 390-420 days for us to process this type of case. However, because preliminary processing time was completed before we requested aditional material, remaining processing time at this satge of this case is approx. 420 days. You will receive written decision on this case."
As per above message, my questions are,
1. All EB1 appicants are requested to submit form I-508?
2. As per EB1, any case to get approval without RFE request?
3. When we submit above documents as RFE, AVM message
always mentions "390 ~ 420 days" and "receiving written
decision after 420 days?"
4. Written decision means approval or denial after 420 days?
I really appreciate experiened person's advice in advance.
