RFE for EAD

Hi,

I received RFE for my EAD on Aug 15 and my Attorney mailed the response on Aug 26th.

I still that online status hasn't changed with acknowledgment of receipt.

Is online status being updated? Should I have to wait for some more days? OR should I have to call BCIS?

Please advise.

I just checked my status online and I too am going to get an RFE for my EAD? Can you tell me what the RFE was for?

Hi

I recd RFE on 09/03/03 and responded by 10/05/03. Yesterday 10/14/03 the online status changed for me and showed receipt of RFE response.

I would think that yours should have changed - talk to your lawyer and ask if there is something he suggests that can be done.
 
Needed clearer copy of Photo ID

I am sending another copy of the photo ID from the passport and the driver's license. Wonder if this is a delay tactic or measures taken due to tighter security policies?
