RFE for EAD!

Just checked AVM and heard that. Has anyone had such experience before? Does that mean they will send an RFE for my 485 also? I applied EAD, AP and 485 at the same time and my ND is 04/09.

No. I think the REF is only for EAD. Don\'t worry.

My ND for I-485, AD & PA ND is 4/2/01 I. received RE for AD and PA for copy of I-140 approval . My lawyer told me that I will definetly get RE for I-485 . It might be I-140 approval since he suspects that they lost my I-140 approval attached with I - 1485
application.

 what does the RFE message on AVM sound like ?
 Would the message say that your application for XXX was received
 on date XXX and you have an RFE on this date xxx.....

EAD, AP, and I-485 are separate applications. Getting an RFE
for one application does not necessarily means getting an RFE
for another later on.

Other than I-140 approval notice, it could also be the photo,
or some other minor problems.
