RFE for EAD...

Sometimes they send RFEs for the most benign information. My wife received an RFE for her SECOND AP document renewal. All they wanted was a copy of our marriage certificate, which was already in the file. It was less effort to push the RFE button on the computer than walk to the filing cabinet and pull the document.
Is your EAD the first or a renewal?
Your case is long over due, it is time to do something for yourself and others...

Yeh, they may already know...but we still don't see much actions or approvals, only all the hassels, besides approvals of 03 cases...so therefore, we have to keep bugging them.

Possibly Signature
I had an RFE on my EAD and it was because my signature didn't fit in the allocated space. They sent a paper with a little box on it and told me to make sure the signature fit inside (I don't know why they don't include that on the original form!).
They received my new one on June 21, and my LUD has changed about four times since, then, but I still haven't received an approval message or notice via e-mail or snail mail.
