RFE for EAD

Hi Guys,

My Wife's EAD is approved.Today they updated in online mine and they Issued RFE for EAD..ANy idea what it could be??

Hi Kabish,
I have just now received an EMAIL regarding my wife's EAD application, saying that there has been an RFE issued on her case. I thnk it is for the photos. When our attorney sent the application to BCIS, somehow the photos were missed. I have mailed the photos to BCIS, but I think they never received it even though I received the certified mail receipt. Any way I will have to wait and see what additional info. they need.

Please let me know what is u'r RFE is about once u receive the RFE by mail.

I dont know what in my case is missing??How long will it to take for postal mail to come.We have to respond directly to USCIS for RFE or my company lawyer have to send a reply for RFE??

Hi Kabish,
Have you received the RFE on your EAD yet ?. I am still waiting for the RFE on my wife's EAD and hoping to receive it tomorrow or monday. Please let me know when u receive your RFE.

I got an RFE too. It was for signature - my original signature didn't fit in the field so I had to resubmit it. I got my EAD a few weeks after it.

I dont know what is the RFE for??They posted it on 05/13/2004.I dont know when it will come??

RFE stands for Request for Evidence. It is a normal practice if BCIS wants to get additional information and supporting documents.
