Hi Guys,

My Wife's EAD is approved.Today they updated in online mine and they Issued RFE for EAD..ANy idea what it could be??

Hi Kabish,
i got RFE for EAD three months back. the Reason for me is the signature that i signed is not fitting in to EAD Card. so they asked me sign in another document and send it back. i hope the same 4 u.

Hi Kumar,

Yes .The RFE is for my signature .I used to put crossly.So again i have to put it straight and i have toi send it.

How long does it takes to update the system after RFE

Hi Kabish,
My wife has received the RFE on her EAD. It was about the photos and the signature. The photos were taken in incorrect pose and the signature was out of the box. We have sent the details back to our attorney last week and still waiting for the approval. The case status has not yet been changed. I think our attorney has not yet sent the papers back to BCIS yet. Could you please tell me how long the BCIS will take to update the RFE status once they receive the necessary documents? and please let me know when your case is APPROVED.

My laywer sent the RFE immediately to me and the next day i have sent it to him.Within 2 days it was received by USCIS.Online status changed within 1 week.It is regarding my signature.R u from portland??

Still waiting for RFE reply to be received by BCIS

Hi Kabish,
It took 1 week for me to get the RFE from my attorney. As per our company's rule none of the employees are allowed to contact the attorney directly. So the RFE documents went to the HR and then the HR manager forwarded them to me. So it took almost 2 weeks to get the documents on my hands. I replied them on the same day by fedex overnight and still waiting to see the RFE status updated on the BCIS site. I hope BCIS will receive the documents this week.

I am living in Vancouver, Washington state and the nearest INS office is Portland, Oregon.

Please let me know when u get u'r EAD is approved.
