My Recpt date for EAd and APwas Sept 15 2003 . Same for my husband's. He got his EAD card on dec 11th. In my case though i got an RFE. That the birthdate they had in their records (they had my I 94 entry date as my birthdate
......)
anyway after getting the RFE (dec 20)i sent it (dec 23) immedialtely , with proof of my birthdate - birth certificate, drivers license, passport, I94. Still no signs of my EAD or Parole.
Can anyone tell me if this happened to them and when i should expect my EAD and AP???
