RFE for EAD I -765 (Notice not received)

Hi,
I applied for EAD (L2-Visa) a month ago and also i sent required documents
(to california office) like my passport, visa, I-94 copies along with my spouse copies including his work permit (L1-Visa), marriage certifiacte and the reciept that i got after i submitted EAD form online.

Now my status is saying that they sent a notice for RFE and i need to provide the documents mentioned on it.
Question 1) Neither online nor by Phone (called 800 number), I did not get any information/ acknowledgement letter saying that the documents i sent are received.
How to get this information
2) As per the status in USCIS website, the notice has sent to me 5 days ago (no more details) but i didnot receive that yet. How to track this ?
3) How long would my case be suspended (want to know how many will they allow to submit the necessary documents as per RFE)
4) When i called 800 number about the above point 3, they asked me to take appointment in Infopass!! can i take an appointment before 90 days?

Please let me know what i need to do. Thanks a lot in advance!!
 
The information which you have given regarding the RFE for EAD I -765 is very nice and also understanding. It will also help me as well as others for knowing the complete information regarding it. I am very much impressed by this.
