RFE for EAD - Copy of Driver\'s License

Finally I received the RFE for my EAD and it required me to send a copy of my driver\'s license! None of my friends who applied EAD attached a driver\'s license copy but all of them got approved! Is it a common request? Isn\'t the photocopy of the passport enough? I am more concerned with my 485 case. Are they gonna send me the same RFE for my 485??

If i remember right I and wife had given an additional copy of a photo id for 485 application. I gave my CA drivers photo and wife gave copy of her International license..
i thought it was for 485 appl and not for ead
