RFE for EAD and AP

A lot of people in my company have received RFE enquiring why they have requested for an EAD and AP when they have H1B visas. Has anyone had the same experience?

Also, if one gets an RFE, when can they request an Interim EAD - 90 days from the day of the EAD application or 90 days after the day the RFE response was provided? Any feedback would be appreciated.

When can one apply for an EAD in the case of an RFE. 90 days from the ND or 90 days from the RFE date or 90 days from the RFE response date? Any experts out there?
 
sorry to here abt RFE, i do not have an answer to this question but I cannot understand one thing with these people, why cant they think before they issue an RFE.I think INS shoud do one thing here

1. Put a clause saying H1b are not qualified to apply for EAD, AP OR
2.shut thier mouth and issue an EAD and AP, instead of wasting their time and our's.

Why can they understand few simple things like if i have to change my job or willing to work on EAD than H1b , shd i apply for EAD or AP then and wait in the Queue for a year to get EAD.

when are they going to learn.....
