RFE for Dependent

Hi Gurus,
We applied for GC in Oct 2003. The priority date is Sep 2002. The principal applicant is my husband. I got an RFE for I-485 today for my marrige certificate. I will be replying back today. But what does this mean? Is this an effect of pre-adjudication?

Are you from Retrogessed country with EB3..?

If you are from Retrogessed country with EB3 then..I think so..because EB3 PD (for retrogressed countries) & your PD have GAP of around 18 months..

If UCSIS is really doing "pre-adjudication" then that would be relief for our highly strung life...
