RFE for dependent but not for primary, is it normal?

I received an email from NSC and mentioned that my wife's RFE was mailed out yesterday(I am primary applicant), does it mean that both of our cases were touched and no RFE for me OR only my wife's case was touched and it is possible to ask for my RFE in the future? any inputs or similar experience? Is it a kind of hope?
