I got an RFE for birth certificate/2 affidavits, emp letter, last 3 pay stubs, 1999 w-2 and Tax statement. I had submitted birth certificate issued by the Indian consulate as the original birth certificate does not have the my name. How do I get the birth certificate? My parents are here so is it OK to get affidavits from them alone and not worry about B.C. Do I also have to get non-availability certificate from the corporation. I would appreciate all your help.
