Today my I-485 case status changed to RFE. Here are my details
Concurrent filing of I-140 & I-485 in Aug 2002.
I-140 RFE in Oct 2002
I-140 approved in Nov 2002.
1st FP in Oct 2002
1st EAD approved in Dec 2002
2nd EAD approved in Sep 2003
3rd EAD approved in Jul 2004
2nd FP given on 08/05/2004
RFE issued on 09/25/2004
Waiting for my lawyer to receive the RFE from INS in the mail and then contact me. Hope my RFE is simple and not asking for too many documents.
I was working for one company until Sep 9th 2004 and then joined the GC sponsoring employer on Sep 10th. The sponsoring employer originally filed my case as a prospective employee.
