RFE for AP

I have received an RFE for AP; how funny.

I applied for EAD & AP on 9/15; received EAD on 11/7 and RFE for AP.

I am a 11/01 filer..

My lawyer is going to work thru AILA to get my case processed.

I called tier 2 in Sept and they told me that nobody has looked at my case since 9/02
