I have been issused a RFE for AP dated Nov 2003, does any body know what it is for ?

Probabaly for ID ( Driver licence copy or Passport copy)

I got it for copy of Bio pages of passport and any other photo identification.

Could be anything....
1. Photos not clear...
2. Fee not correct...
3. Requirement for more documentations...
or, might be just bcoz the adjudication officer had a fight with his wife that morning....
