RFE for a Dec'2001 case

Rupnet has a Dec'2001 case with an RFE, which was updated yesterday. Somebody remind NSC that nov comes before Dec.
How does these guys decide , what cases they should work on ??

This is frustrating. I don't know how some people with Jan'2000 dates are able to keep their sanity intact. Any pointers will be helpful.
 
It seems like the ref is a part of 485 process or a strategy of delaying the case. Look at the approved case most of them were REFed.
I am wondering can we send them the Employment verification without being asked to save sometime?
 
My 2 cents, seems that NSC must have an order from higher above to delay as much as possible knowing that the economy is bad. Otherwise why all the RFEs?

There's no logic to NSC's workflow. I know folks who applied back in Jan 2001 still hasn't got approvals despite numerous attempts to contact IIOs and calling senator's office.

My RD is July 2001 and I had a RFE which NSC received back in Nov 2001. Even that, the AVM and online status keeps saying that they received the RFE. I think I am in the long haul, just dunno when they will dole out my approval. At this point, I am just so tired and exhausted.

Hang in there guys, no point mentally torturing yourself second guessing how NSC works. It's just a long, painful and torturous journey that we are all having to chew and grit hard hoping that someday we will get a sense of relief like those who had received their approvals.
