RFE for 485

FP 12/2000
AP/EAD received in 01/2001
RFE for I-485 02/11/2001

In the RFE, INS has asked for 3 yers W2s and last 4 pay stubs from me
and financial statements and DE-6 statements from my employer.

I\'d like to know what\'s this "DE-6 statements"
Has anyone else gotten this before.
How long now it\'ll take for approval, once all these things have been filed to INS.

I got RFE for I-485 (ND 09/2000) on 01/17/01 for
1. Medical - X-Ray report ( obviously doctor had messed up the report)
2. Employer\'s income tax returns for the last 2 yr.s
3. DE 6 - Quarterly wage report from the employer

Replied the RFE on 02/02/01. Till today the AVM is not updated.
Just waiting...

I get REF last week asking for W2 for last three years and last four paychecks. My lawyer repllied to them last week.

Financial statements again - why do they need this at this stage? That was the whole purpose of the i-140. INS is def. crazy.
