ask a question, do you think NIW (140) filer might also get a RFE requesting employment verification letter? Since NIW is not the employer sponsored.
 
I believe if you use search button with 'NIW' it would help u to see thread about ur concern however what I learned from many threads that they 'NIW' did received RFE about 'Future Employment' but not recalling what was about.. please search and share....

Please also search and share for Extraordinary ability if you can. Has anyone who got I-140 approved with Extraordinary ability received an RFE???
 
I am NIW approved. No RFE. My case was self petitioned. I believe your employer (if you have one or willing to do it or want to do for strategy) can co-petition with you on your NIW case. I would imagine that, in those cases, they might issue an RFE for employment letter.
