RFE for 485--Please help

Both me and wife got RFE for 485.

RFE for me--secondary evidence for birth certificate. My birth was registered late.

How can I get secondary evidence for birth certificate? What are the documents that provide secondary evidence? Where can I find the affidavit sample?

2) recent passportphotographs

If they cant find anything in the file then they ask these kind of things :) you should be happy that they just want to put more weight on your file :)
 
hi kanadian I think so. Can you tell me what secondary evidence can I provide for birth certificate if u have any idea. other part I guess I know :)

well I submitted affidavite from parents from my wife and no record certificate from local city office....so thats what you should do get noterized copies of affidevite from your parents and if you have attorney then talk to him as well...I am not from india so i dont know but any goverment document which shows your name and diate of birth will be helpful....mark sheets with date of birth and name...election record...old passport or old drivers license anything and let them decide for you....wish you good luck
