Rfe For 485 Not Yet Received

On line case status says 'On June 23, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case'. But so far we did not recieve any letter from INS. (Checked with attorney also).

Generally how much time it will take? Please share your RFE experiences
 
7 business days completed. Called customer support. Answer is wait for 30 days and call us back

I have got an RFE for EAD application dated same. Did not get it in mail yet either.
 
Same here, RFE was rased on 22-JUN-04, neither me or my Lawyer received any notice, till date.

Please update when you receive the notice.

I too hve rfe on 485, it was issued on 7-Jun-04. Yet I hve not recd it...
I will call customer service next week..let see wht happen...

I did not get my finger printing..yet...

Hi Guys,

I had same situation and (485 RFE in Aug04) and never got the notice. Subsequently the case was transferred to New York local office on 11/22/04.
