RFE for 485 - Employment letter

Hi Gurus,

I got an RFE from CSC regarding my employment.
INS is asking for
 1) employment letter showing i have full time (40 hours job a week ) permanent job.
2) W2 for last three years.

Is there any format or templet for the employment letter.

Didn\'t you submit the Employment ver letter and W2\'s before ???

Didn\'t you submit the Employment verification letter and W2\'s when you were filing for 485??
If you have already submitted, then it is weird that INS is asking for that again.

To natural, my employer letter only have a few lines in which it just verify that offer with salary

Maybe your original employer offer didn\'t put your salary ammount or
salary ammount looks lower than LC salary. I think, that\'s why they question 40-hour full time job.
