RFE - extension of stay or change of status

This is what I received today from USCIS -

"Submit a copy(ies) of the Form 1-797 or 1-171 C approval notice(s) relating to
any extensions of stay or change of nonimmigrant status that have been issued to you."

QUESTION -
Has any one else ever received this from USCIS? I have never heard of such RFE ever.
