Received emails that RFE was sent on 5/25/2007 for my wife's and my cases. Guess it is about the TB test, since both of us took X-ray directly. EB1, RD 12/2004, I-140 AD 4/2005, my NC cleared on 2/2007 (from senator's office), my wife's NC is still pending (maybe not true). Last LUD 4/4/2007. Code 3 FP done on 12/2006.
