I got the RFE for I140 :
"For this particular classfication, the job must require an alien of exceptional ability or a professional with an advanced degree. The Immigration Service defines an advanced degree as a master's degree or higher or the equivalent of a master's degree. The equivalent of a master's degree is defined as a baccealaureate degree with five years of progressive, post-baccaluaureate experience.
The Petitioner in this case has submitted an ETA 750 indicating that the position requires a Master's degree in field of computer science.
Please provide the evidence establishing that the beneficiary holds the advance degree in computer science.(Foreign degrees must be accompanied by professional evaluation.)
".
I have the Bachlor's degree in commerce (3years) and Master's Degree in Computer application (3 years) and the 2 years of experience.
Please share your experience if you see any problem with my case.
