RFE during AP

RFE during AP
I applied for 485 in Jan '02at CSC, got EAD and AP approved. Got married in April and applied for wifes 485 in June'02. My wife needs to travel to complete education in india. She got her tickets booked for July 31, i checked the AVM and it says they have sent out a RFE on her AP application. Does anyone know if this is normal or what the problem generally is ?

I received RFE for my wife's Ap asking for valid I140 for her. Since she is on H4( hence no 140 ) i send copy of my 140. Same may be your case.
