RFE issued : 040203
a) Clarify in biography form descripancy between H1 sponsoring employer on visa stamp and the one shown in bigoraphy form.
c) affidivates for birth certificates (since registered late).
On the visa stamp it has my old company name "X" but later it was acquired by a company "Y" and henceforth referred as company "Y" . Is this explanation ok ? or do we need to supply additonal document ? My experience letter refers such as " formerly know as company 'X' ". Is that sufficient ?
