I got an RFE on my wifes medical and we replied the rfe this week and here are the details.

I recieved on 03/03/2004
I replied on 03/05/2004
Lawyer received and sent to INS on 03/08/2004
Online message updated on 03/10/2004 saying that they recieved reply on 03/09/2004.
My RD is feb 07,2002

Looks like NSC started to issue RFEs to Feb 2002 cases. It's good news.
