Got the details of RFE. It's for I 693 supplement(Medicals). Both(Me and my wife) got the same RFE. The only INS doctor in town did not attach the 693 supplement when we did the medicals. Please see the attached for RFE. Do I need to do all the tests or just get the immunization done and send the results along with I 693 form?

If you have immunization records, the doctor can just fill them in and send it. If not you may need to take some shots. Your doctor should give you a copy of the report and so you can verify what is included...

my case is almost identical to yours, rfe for medical, evl and 2 months pay stub sent last august 3 and received ny cis august 9, 2004
