RFE Details - Pls advise

Hi Friends,

The following is the list of things that INS asked for

1. Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your current employer stating date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect of continious employment.

Q: Am I suppose to send an employment verification letter? Is it common to get this kind of request? There was a raise in the salary each year, does this matter?

2. Submit your earnings statements for last two years?

Q: Should I submit W2 tax returns for last two years? Should I also submit payslips for 2 years?

3. Birth certificate

Q: I got Non-Availability birth certificate and also 2 affidavits (one from uncle and the other from father's friend). Is this sufficient?

Guys please advise me at your earliest.

I also got RFE for the same thing but I didn't get for date of birth,it was for I-94

-EVL with job duties, salary, a brief note that indicates they support your application and intends to hire you permanently.

2. Submit your earnings statements for last two years?

-Tax returns for last two yrs + W2 forms for last two yrs + 3-6 past paystubs

3. Birth certificate
Q: I got Non-Availability birth certificate and also 2 affidavits (one from uncle and the other from father's friend). Is this sufficient?
- More than enough.
