RFE Details on I-485 RD 08/14/02

Hi Folks
Following are my RFE details

1. Submit an Original Letterhead from your current employer stating your date of hire,duties,remuneration and prospect of continued employement.
2. submit your earnings statements for last three months.

i guess they didn't ask for W-2's.

my lawyer is going to Draft the letter.

They meant paystubs, as we don't get W-2 every month. Am I right?

Mine is Feb 20 with Aug RD (EAC02276xxxxx)

Are you still working with ur GC sponsoring company. if not did you informed INS abt change of employment. Since you got the RFE I am curios what happens if you dont inform INS abt job change and then generate RFE.
