I have got RFE abt employment verification and I had changed job after 180 days on EAD and did not inform INS..planning to use AC21 while responding to RFE..
Pl. help me with following :
portion of the RFE reads
" if you have changed employers since filing your application for AOJ, the letter shall be issued by your current and new prospective employer. This letter must specify the duties of the position,requirement of the position, title, wage and the date you actually began employment. This letter should be issued by a appropriate authority within the organization that has ability to verify the job offer "
The way I interpret is following letter should be OK :
" Mr X is currently employed as (title) since MM/DD/YYYY with$$$$$ (more than labor)..his job resp are (whats in LC")
asst of the lawyer thinks that you need future employment letter, which confuses my cos HR as they dont understand the complexities why future dated...and they might not give such letter..
but if you look at the BOLD description of the RFE..it asks us to mention the date job actually began then how can you give future employment letter..
Pl. help...I dont know that to do...Pl. advice
