RFE - curent employment verification letter - pls help

Got laid off from the sponsoring firm jan 31st 2002

joined a new firm : march 15th 2002

Am still with the new firm.....

Have same job title description , location, city etc... and also my new firm is a partnering alliance of the sponsoring firm

The RFE asks for current employment verification... What should I ideally send to respond to this in addition to the employment verification letter, paystubs.... so as to strengthen my case

take a letter from your employer stating job duties which should be similar to your job duties , its a full time permanent job and your job position and start date. Send a letter that you r using AC21 since ur 485 was pending and some copny info like there turnover etc from there website and latest paystubs.
 
Did u join the new firm using EAD or did H1-transfer ?
