Is it possible dependant get approved before primary?

RFE case for wife AVM updated in July 10,
RFE case for myself updated in August 10,

Any idea when I can hear some news? How about two months?

The approval of the primary applicant\'s 485 is the condition for approval of dependent 485 cases, less INS makes a mistake. However, the reverse is true. Dependent cases may be pending for RFE, even if the primary applicant\'s 485 is approved. Michael
