RFE case got approved in 6 business days

My wife's RFE case got approved on Oct 24 2002.Till yesterday night the message said that it received on Oct 17th 2002.

RD :Sep 4 2001
ND :Nov 7 2001
RFE:Sep 19 2002
INS recieved :Oct 17 2002
AD:Oct 24 2002.

They did the whole medicals again and sent the (old&new) forms together in one cover. We received the old forms along with RFE from INS.
