RFE Case - AVM disparity for me and Spouse (Case not found)

Hi :
I have filed my RFE with RFE reciept date (May 02). (ND 11/99)
My app # is EAC-00-030-XXXXX and i get the standard 180 day processing time message

However, my spouse (derivative applicant) with EAC-00-099-XXXXX is getting the case not found message.

Is anybody else experiencing the same.?
Is there any point in bringing this disparity to light by talking to an IIO
or should i just sit tight Hoping that the INS gods will rectify this.

There was some problem in AVM, I still get it as 0 days remaining
after receiving RFE response. My wife\'s case was not found but when
I spoke to IIO yesterday, she said case is there in the system and
our case is with officer. Don\'t worry, there is a problem with AVM.

Thanks for the info.
Can you tell me when your RFE was recieved by the INS.
It has been three weeks for me and am concerned that the case not found on my spouse (and therefore the inability to post a coherent result) may be the reason for delay in approval.

Hi ndp,
They asked RFE on 04/23 and it was received by my lawyer somewhere during last week of April. I was in India then, I replied only after
coming back that is on 16th (it was sent to Ins), on 22nd may it said
it received on the same day but the message also said it is taking 0
days something like that. Anyway, my wife\'s case it found now, just
now I checked it. I hope this helps (RFE was - Employer\'s letter,
last 3 paystubs and year 2000 w-2).
