Congratulations...

When you got the RFE, did INS sent a return addresses envelope with RFE letter. PLease answer ..Thanks
 
No there is no return address envelope

However, they send you a blue page that contains a sticker of some sort which has some processing Number (Could be your EAC number) and the details of the RFE. They request that when we reply, we should have this page on the top of other documents to avoid any delays. My reply was sent FedEx, in overnight delivery Envelope. Well, that was my case, others may have different experience. I have never seen or heard about an Envelope though.
