Finally INS got the act together and looked at my application after 14 months, issued RFE and approved!
But I thank God it\'s over espacially in these difficult times with lay-off\'s and stuff.
Here is the painful history.

Jan 97-Apr 99 - LCA EB3
Jun 99-Oct 99 - I-140
Jan 2000 - May 2001 - I-485
Total Non-immigrant time = 8 years and 10months.
