I want some help in Birth Certificate and Marriage certificate.
In my case INS has issued one RFE for myself, mywife and my son.
INS is not accepting affidavit for birth for myself and my wife.
I had submitted secondary evidence also as Birth Certtificate from India consulate. They want actual record from the place were myself and my wife was born. I can get those record now. I wanted to know anybody has marriage and Birth certificate format which INS NSC will accept.
I case my son, I have original birth in Hindi. I had submitted transalation also but they are not accepting it. One more problem in Birth certificate only my name is there, my wife\'s name is not there.
They also want record of parentage like school record, medical record, religious records. When myson came here he was 4 months old and all his schooling is in US only.
