RFE been issued -but not recieved

Hi fellows,
It has been about 11 days since I leant from BCIS case search webpage that I have an RFE, I also recieved a letter stating that , but neither me nor my lawyer has recieved the real RFE.
I am not sure if this is normal.
Any comments ?
